An additional 20cm has been added to the over all dimension of the hood to provide the bellowed sides, you can always enlarge the height of the hood if needed. The hood follows the neck line down and finishes just above the bust, which give the effect of an oversized hood. This Medieval costume pattern is a full length princess line costume.
